The 2013 Vista Strawberry Festival is hosting the 2nd Annual Mother Earth Fruit Homebrew beer contest winner to be picked on the day of the event.
Strawberry Idol contestants will perform in the finals at the Avo Theatre at 2:00 p.m. The top 3 performers will perform at the Main Stage at 3:30 p.m. and they will win cash prizes: $500 for 1st Place, $250 for 2nd Place and $100 for 3rd!
Strawberry Cooking Contest in three different categories: Strawberry Dishes, Strawberry Desserts, and Strawberry Drinks.
A free shuttle to the festival will run from the Vista Courthouse where there will be plenty of parking.

Beginning this Friday afternoon, May 24,2013 through Sunday, St. John’s Greek Orthodox Church, 405 N. Dale Ave. in Anaheim will celebrate its annual Greek Festival with dancing, food and beer. Carnival rides will entertain guests in between dance shows and chowing down on Gyros.
Parking can be a problem with cars lined up and down Dale Street and side streets packed. To avoid the traffic the Greek Festival runs a free bus shuttle from Walmart Buena Park. Park at Walmart and enjoy a three minute bus trip to the front entrance of the Greek Festival.
Now if you have printed out your free coupon from our website you can walk right in. If not its going to cost you three bucks.
Inside you will find the usual arts and crafts booths and one of the main attractions lots of booths selling every kind of greek food imaginable. Inside the church buildings there is a huge selection of Greek pastries for sale.
The courtyard area has a bandstand with dancing area surround with tables and chairs where you can kick back and watch the show on jump and start damcing.
There is also a carnival area with rides and games to keep the kids happy.
