Southern California Day Trips
Pacific Beach is located in San Diego sandwiched in between the Pacific Ocean and Mission Bay Park. The historic Crystal pier built in 1927 is a local landmark. The Crystal Pier Hotel offers beach cottage rentals right on the pier with fantastic views of the ocean, beach and Southern California sunsets. A paved trail runs along the coast perfect for a fun bike run or people watching. Nearby attractions are Birch Aquarium, La Jolla, San Diego Zoo, and Mission Bay. Spend the day and relax on the beach or stay at one of the many hotels and make Pacific Beach your starting off point for a San Diego vacation.
