LA County Fair Pomona, California
The LA County Fair will run from May 3 through May 27, 2024. This is the largest county fair in the world and offers an eclectic mix of world-class concerts, interactive exhibits, food, shopping, carnival rides, and arts and crafts. No other fair in Southern California provides an affordable, fun-filled family adventure like the LA County Fair.
LA County Fair Attractions
Fair attractions include the Farm with goats, chickens, pigs, and cows. Learn about organic farming and specialty crops. Another popular attraction is the Fairplex Garden Railroad—the oldest and largest public-operating garden railroad in the United States.

This year’s lineup includes top-name entertainers and some of the USA’s most famous tribute bands. The list of performers includes WAR on May 3, Ceelo Green, Montell Jordan, and TLC on May 4, Ramón Ayala on May 5, T/I and NELLY on May 10, Berlin, Pat Benatar & Neil Giraldo on May 11, Parmalee and Chase Rice on May 12, Jimmie JJ Walker, Ohio Players, The Original Lakeside, and The Manhattans featuring Gerald Alston on May 17, Russell Dickerson and Dustin Lynch on May 18, Mi Banda El Mexicano and Banda Machos on May 19, Stephen Wilson Jr. and Midland on May 24, and Molly Hatchet, 38 Special, and The Outlaws on May 25.

LA County Fair Hours
May 3-27, 2024
On opening day, Friday, May 3, 2024, the LA County Fair is open from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. – On regular days (Thursday through Sunday), and Memorial Day, the park is open from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Please note that the parking and ticket booths only accept electronic payments.
Orange County Fair
The Orange County Fair has been popular in Southern California for over a century. Santa Barbara County Fair
The Santa Barbara fair features over 200 vendors offering food and merchandise. Popular attractions include Home Arts and Agricultural displays, a Junior Livestock Show and Auction, a Demolition Derby, and a Western Rodeo.
Ventura County Fair
The Ventura County Fair is an exciting event featuring live entertainment, contests, exotic fried food, nostalgic and modern games, rides, and horseshoe competitions. I bought tickets at OReilly and it says that I can return on a Thursday free but I don’t see that on my ticket. How do I go back on a Thursday free?

Subway coupon includes one Fair admission and a carnival ride wristband for all day.
Do you charge parking for motorcycles
Yes, they do charge for motorcycle parking. It may be slightly lower than vehicle parking.

If you what to go to a fair this weekend the Orange County Fair is open. This is basically the same fair as the LA County Fair. Most of the rides and food vendors will move to the LA fair when the OC fair closes.

Currently, the only discount for the LA County Fair we have is $7.50 off tickets. See the link in the above article to purchase tickets.
Where can I find the $5 after 5pm coupon. See references to it, but cannot find anywhere online.
As far as we can tell there is no such coupon. The only offer that comes close is kids five and under free.
This could change later in the month when the fair is nearing the end of it’s run.
Can we buy discount tickets at Ralph’s for this Sunday 9/6?
Ralphs tickets are good for any day the fair is open. Ralphs also has an exclusive wristband offer that is on good on Wed.-Fri only. Tickets are good everyday

Nearest discount is $2 admission for active & retired military, reserves, fire, police and paramedics with ID, and one $2 guest admission Sept. 9-13.

The LA County Fair is run by the Fair Association, a group of directors, a Chairman, numerous vice presidents and directors. This group decides if and when discounts are offered. Last year La County fair attendance was down so you would think they would be offering more discounts.
Noon to 3 pm is slow time at the fair so this is why the senior discount is being offered then
LA County Fair horse racing has relocated to Los Alamitos Race Course. September 10. The first post is 2 p.m. Live racing will be held on a Thursday through Sunday basis through September 25.You can still wager during the fair at Finish Line Sports Grill.
